To keep the traces of the past in this old home, we preserved elements like the walls, wallpaper, ceiling, wine cabinet, built-in shelves, and staircase.
Balancing safety and visual harmony, we worked and adjusted along the way—a process that became one of the most meaningful parts of this project.

At the same time, we wanted the space to reflect the chef’s respect for natural ingredients, and the thoughtful blend of Taiwanese roots with Italian flavors.
This became the core idea of the design—a shared experience for every guest who visits.

How do we show a personality that’s simple yet full of meaning?
We chose natural materials, avoided over-decorating, and added subtle details inspired by the local spirit of Changhua, like its rice-growing culture.

A space that feels easy, open, and warm.
Where people can enjoy a good meal together, and return to the simple joy of connection.
