於是有了寬敞的候位區,能安心顧及戶外空間的孩子們;
有了雅緻的座位區,將日式質感帶入用餐體驗;

GIA-FINE Shabu Shabu was originally created with female diners in mind.

As we began this collaboration, site visits and market research led us to a new question:

How could GIA-FINE become a place where guests of every generation feel welcome?

Built around a natural kelp-based broth, GIA-FINE has always believed in food that feels natural, warm, and approachable—a meal that both adults and children can enjoy with comfort and peace of mind.

We carried that philosophy into the space itself through a palette of wood, stone, and soft white tones, creating an atmosphere that feels calm, welcoming, and effortless.

As we observed the neighborhood, we found that many local residents value not only quality, but also a sense of taste and refinement in everyday life.

That became the starting point of our design.

Natural materials, gentle curves, carefully composed lighting, and expansive views toward the outdoors work together to create an elegant yet approachable environment. While waiting for a table or enjoying a conversation, parents can easily keep an eye on their children playing outside.

Even the waiting time—often the least enjoyable part of dining—becomes a quiet moment to slow down and enjoy being together.

To welcome guests of all ages, the seating layout was thoughtfully divided into different zones.

A spacious waiting area offers comfort for families with children.

An elegant dining space brings subtle Japanese influences into the dining experience.

Flexible partitions allow the space to adapt effortlessly, from intimate family meals to larger gatherings.

Perhaps it feels like an easy walk through the mountains—
a gentle journey that everyone in the family can enjoy together.

Within the ninety-minute rhythm of a shared meal, conversations unfold naturally, appetites are satisfied, and meaningful moments are quietly created.

In the end, that's what this space was designed for.

When you're looking for a place to gather without overthinking it, one simple thought comes to mind:

"Let's go to GIA-FINE."
